About the firm
A complete website redesign for a boutique Pacific Northwest real estate law firm with offices in Seattle and Portland. Rather than following the typical law firm playbook, the design takes a bold, high-end, visually rich approach with dramatic typography, dark moody tones, and scroll-triggered animations that signal authority and confidence.
The home page features an original hero image composition, creating a striking visual identity unique to the firm. Built on WordPress with a custom theme, the site is grounded in a Pacific Northwest palette of forest greens, storm blues, and earth tones.
Key priorities included accessibility compliance, an SEO strategy targeting the firm’s expanding Portland market, a mobile-first, responsive architecture, and Clio Grow integration for client intake. The result is a digital presence that breaks cleanly from the generic law firm template.

A default WordPress placeholder
The archived homepage used the stock Twenty Seventeen header image, a cropped logo, a short menu, and almost no substantive homepage content. “Proudly powered by WordPress” was one of the few visible closing messages, leaving a two-office real estate practice without a credible regional point of view.

The new site pairs dramatic typography and a Pacific Northwest palette with original imagery, clear service summaries, and separate Seattle and Portland paths. A custom responsive build, accessible structure, local search foundation, and integrated intake turn an empty shell into a practical business-development tool.
