Zachary Smith is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience as a civil defense litigator handling high-exposure cases for one of the nation’s largest insurers. Zach came to Dan Gilroy Design in need of a mediation website design that could highlight his private practice experience, as well as his specialization in high-exposure litigation involving breach of contract, construction defects, homeowner’s association disputes, landlord-tenant disagreements, trucking, landslides, medical malpractice, personal injury, and property line disputes.
