The right message in a busy structure
The earlier site already had the strong line “We’ve seen it all. Especially what’s next,” but layered it into a large menu, rotating hero content, overlapping firm links, and uneven practice summaries. The firm’s employment and workers’ compensation depth was present, though the hierarchy asked visitors to work for it.
After
The same confidence with clearer organization
The redesign preserves the best brand language while giving attorneys, six core practice areas, firm culture, clients, events, and recruiting more deliberate paths. A consistent visual system and responsive navigation make the breadth easier to scan while keeping the firm’s established, practical voice.

The design
